*Terms and Conditions:*
1. The first payment of AUD $449.95 SILVER Membership will be deducted from your nominated bank account prior to your 1st session commencing. The following 2 payments will be deducted at 30 day intervals thereafter, making a total payment of AUD $1349.85. Cancellation of membership is permitted anytime thereafter; by written consent only. Once initial 90 day commitment is served, your membership will automatically renew for a 30 day period at the price of AUD $449.95 AUD; cancellation thereafter by written consent only.
2. All 3x 30 minute sessions must be used within each respective 30 day period. Any unused session credits cannot be rolled over into your next month.
3. Please give 24 hours minimum notice to reschedule a session. If session cancellation is required within 24 hours of agreed upon time/date the session will be forfeited.
4. If I am unable to make it to our scheduled time/date, you will receive an immediate reschedule to a time/date of your choice.
5. Digital screen/audio recording of our sessions is not permitted under any circumstance. Adam retains the right to cancel your membership without refund if you breach this term.
6. Digital Downloads will be sent within 24 hours of successful membership booking.
7. Distribution of all Digital Downloads is strictly prohibited. Membership will be terminated without refund if you breach this term.
8. Silver Priority Messaging: Adam will get back to you within 24 hours outside of Australian weekends.
9. Email Session Summary: Adam will send email summary within 24 hours of session completion.
10. Offensive/disrespectful behaviour towards Adam will result in the immediate termination of your membership without refund.
11. No refund is available once payment of this membership is completed. By purchasing this membership you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
